My goals as a fat girl are very detailed and straight forward. As you all know I didn’t get fat by eating healthy or working out. I started my goals off without to many limiations.

My 3 month goal is to lose 12 lbs., not to difficult! That is 1 lb per week, I can do that.  To lose that weight I will be committed to working out 3 times a week for 20 min each day. I will also spend some quality time  with my daughter roller blading, which is super fun especially at the beach on a bright sunny day. During this time I also believe it is important to encourage one another, so through the duration of the project, I plan to encourage someone else to continue on their way to being a healthier!
 
So, 6 months down the line I will continue to keep off the weight I’ve lost and will strive to lose 20 lbs more lbs. A new goal that I am adding is to STOP eating when I start to feel full. FYI, I have a bad habit of eating after I am stuffed! I will also add 2 servings of veggies daily to my meals. I’m sure my friends at Starbucks will miss seeing me every week because I’ll only be buying myself 1 drink a month!!! OUCH! But what I’ll be adding will be more Water, Water, and oh yeah Water. This is important to all of us, so I am going to be drinking 80 oz of water a day. Talk about bathroom breaks! LOL!
 
And finally, a year later I would like to have lost a total of 60 lbs! It may look like a BIG number, but we have 52 weeks in a year, so it is very close to about 1 lb. a week for most weeks. By this time I will be workingout like a pro, running instead of walking, and working out a minimum of 5 days a week.
